03 — Leadership
Caleb built his career on job sites before he ever built a balance sheet. He started in general contracting, moved into development and development management, and most recently served as Vice President of Development & Construction at Sterling Consumer Logistics Properties — delivering more than $500 million in industrial real estate assets nationally, from large-box builds for Fortune 100 companies to small-box development across the United States.
That same discipline — market location, site configuration, building design, and financial scrutiny — is what he now brings directly to every project he oversees across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
04 — Origins
Raven Industrial was founded on national industrial development — Class A logistics, cold storage, and data-center projects from 35,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet. It's a business we intend to grow back into as conditions allow, and the standards behind it haven't gone anywhere.
